Terms Of Service

General

Simple Fundraising Ltd have made this website available to your and your supporters with the sole intention of providing a simple and effective way to raise money.

By using this site, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not
use this site.

We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these Terms of Use. In the event of a change in our terms of service, you will be notified via email and given a minimum of 28 days notice.

Copyright

All site design, text, graphics, interfaces and the selection and arrangements thereof are (c) 2007 Simple Fundraising Limited. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Trademarks

All trademarks and trade names are proprietary to us, or other respective owners that have granted us the right and license to use such trademarks.

Limitation on Liability

In no event shall we (or our officers, partners, affiliates and employees) be liable for any direct,
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever - even if we have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence or any other theory arising out of, or in connection with, the use, inability to use or performance of the information, services, products and anything else made available from this site.

Simple Fundraising Limited is incorporated in, and bound by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Commission Payments

Payments will be sent via cheque in the last week of each month.

Payments will only be issued when your balance is over £20. If your balance is under £20, it will be "rolled over" for as long as necessary until you have reached this minimum level.

Payments are made on commissions earned 2 calendar months ago. This is to allow each retailer enough time to fulfil customer orders and deal with issues such as refunds, returns and fraudulent usage.

For example, in the last week of April, you will be issued a cheque for commission earned in the month of February, assuming that your balance is over £20.

Accuracy of Reporting

Simple Fundraising Limited will do everything that it can reasonably be expected to do so to ensure that all reporting is accurate and timely.

Simple Fundraising will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies which are as a result of individual retailers not reporting their information correctly.

Termination

This agreement can be terminated by either party without prejudice.

At the time of termination, outstanding balances will be settled, subject to a minimum balance of £5.
